Q: How long does it take to process my order?

Most orders are processed within two working days. Some items are specified as being 'made to order' and will have a longer processing time (this will be stated in the product description). All items are sent via Royal Mail first class to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible and in good condition.  Tracked shipping is available at checkout for an extra cost.

If you are looking for a gift and have seen an item that you like, but require it urgently, please contact me asap and I will see what I can do!

Q: Do you ship internationally?

I am pleased to announce that I am now shipping to the U.S!

Please note that while I am able to send art prints and greeting cards internationally, I do not ship framed art prints abroad for safety reasons. International orders are processed within two business days unless the item is specified as being 'made to order' (this will be stated in the product description).

All U.S orders are sent via Royal Mail Standard International Shipping. Tracked and Signed Shipping is available at checkout for an extra cost.

Q: My package arrived damaged, what shall I do?

I do my utmost best to package items securely so they reach you in perfect condition.  Occasionally, due to circumstances out of my control, packages can be damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 14 days with a picture of the damaged item and I will send you a replacement at no additional cost. You can pop me an email (info@flyartbyellie.com) or complete the contact form here.

Customers are responsible for any returns postage costs and for ensuring items are returned in their original condition.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

If you change your mind for whatever reason, I would be very happy to cancel you order. However, please note cancellations cannot be processed once the order has been shipped, so please try to get in touch on the same day as the order being placed (or the following day latest). I can't guarantee the order will not be shipped by then, but there's a greater chance it won't be!

Q: Where are your products made?

All my art prints and greeting cards are produced here in the UK. Quality is hugely important to me, so I use professional printing companies that use standards approved by the Fine Art Trade Guild to ensure the highest quality.

Q: I have ordered a fine art (giclee) print, what can I expect?

All my fine art prints are created in the UK to an exceptional standard using standards approved by the Fine Art Trade Guild.  I opt for giclee printing as this is the best art printing technique available and is immensely popular with museums and galleries. In essence, the giclee method provides unbeatable printing results when compared to all other forms of art printing, and offers the closest reproduction possible of an original artwork. This makes giclee prints the perfect choice for anyone looking for a high quality, long lasting and affordable print that looks and feels like an original piece.

I use thick Hahnemuhle fine art paper for all my art prints - this paper has a textured surface and a premium matt coating that brings then best out of the image and gives the print a luxury feel. All our papers have been approved by the Fine Art Trade Guild.

Q: How long will my fine art print last?

A lifetime! Yes, if you keep your print safely in a frame, your print will last a lifetime as they are created using 'giclee' technology (see above).

Q: I have ordered a poster print, what can I expect?

All our poster prints are lovingly created in the UK using smooth, white 240 gsm cardstock.  They have pin sharp details, vibrant inks and a lovely matt finish. They are of  high quality and have been printed using 'giclee' technology (see above).

Q. What is the difference between your posters and fine art prints?

While both our posters and fine art prints are made using giclee technology, they are made using a different type of paper. Our posters are made using 240gsm smooth white cardstock, while our fine art prints are created using premium Hahnemuhle fine art paper. This paper is thicker and has a textured surface, mirroring original watercolour paper.

This would explain the price difference between our giclee posters and our giclee fine art prints. Nevertheless, our posters are of high quality and have been made using standards approved by the Fine Art Trade Guild.

Q.Why do you use different papers?

Whether I opt for poster paper or fine art paper very much depends on the design I have created and how I want the final piece to look and feel. If I want my illustration to resemble an original watercolour painting, I will opt for our thick Hahnemuhle fine art paper which has a textured surface and off white colour, mirroring watercolour paper. If I have a fun, vibrant design that does not warrant a watercolour feel, I will probably opt for our poster paper.  Due to its brilliant white finish, this paper is especially suitable for bold, colourful designs as it makes any inks I have used really 'pop'.

Q: I have ordered greeting cards, what can I expect?

All my greeting cards have been printed using standards approved by the Fine Art Trade Guild and are printed on thick 350gsm card stock.

Q: Do you sell wholesale?

Yes, if you would like to stock my products in your shop, church or online platform,  please get in touch at info@flyartbyellie.com or complete the contact form here. I would love to have a chat! I am open to wholesale orders abroad, so if you are based internationally pop me an email and I will see what I can do!
